The Sin City Repeater Group, Inc. recognizes the individuals who helped establish, build, and support the organization during its formative period.
These Charter Members contributed time, labor, technical expertise, equipment, financial resources, organizational effort, and other forms of “sweat equity” that helped bring the Corporation and its repeater systems into operation.
Charter Member recognition is an acknowledgment of those foundational contributions. It is honorary in nature and does not create ownership, compensation, repayment rights, guaranteed system access, voting authority, governance rights, employment status, or any other continuing entitlement except as provided in the Corporation’s bylaws and adopted policies.
All Charter Member privileges, recognitions, and roles remain subject to the authority of the Corporation, its Board of Directors, and its officers, as well as continued compliance with the bylaws and applicable policies.
